
Choreographer, Cadie, gives us some tips and tricks to prepare for an evening of rehearsal choreography!
Hi everybody! Today I want to talk about dancing and having fun! My name is Cadie, and I am the Intern Assistant Dance Choreographer for Circle Theatre. I teach dance routines for our class. Here are 10 things I do when I dance that you can try!
1. Eat good food.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Get lots of sleep.
4. Rest if you get tired.
5. Always warm up.
6. Stretch.
7. Get ready to dance.
8. Take a minute or two for a break and bathroom.
9. Practice more dancing.
10. Cool down. Your legs need a cool down. You will be tired you leave.
